Our Weekly Sessions

Tuesday & Thursday Evening (6 PM) at Thephasadin Stadium

  • These workouts focus on Threshold, Tempo, or Speed work. We'll help you build the aerobic capacity you need to run faster and improve your running form.

Sunday Morning (5:30 AM) at Lumphini Park

  • Join us for our long run session. Get your miles in with a supportive group, enjoy some good conversation, and then unwind with a coffee post-run. It's the perfect start to your favorite day of the week!
